Guest Experience
Looking someone in the eye and intentionally greeting them is one of the most dignifying and valuing things we can do as a community. Join this team once a month in greeting, coffee or service hosts.
PRODUCTION
Production team is what makes the services happen for the church behind the scenes. But you don’t need to be a pro! You’ll find the tasks rather simple and easy.
PLATFORM
Facilities
This team affects every room, event or experience we have as a faith community and often the environments and experiences this team creates are directly responsible for someone coming to meet Jesus or not!
FAMILY MINISTRY
From Sunday setup to classroom teachers/facilitators this team is vital for raising a new generation of faithfully strong kids. Your influence will mark a child for the rest of their lives.
youth
Teenagers are in some of the most formative years of their life before launching into some of the most life shaping decisions from college and beyond. Invest in our youth through Sunday am teaching, after school activities support or special events support.
Groups
Leading a group is one of the highest forms of leadership at the church. You will commit to training and you will commit to shepherding people on the discipleship journey of greater and deeper devotion to one another and our God.
MEntors
One thing we have heard loud and clear from the next generation-they want support and encouragement from those with more wisdom and experience who have gone before them. Meeting regularly with a mentee will make a big difference in someone’s life.
Young Adults
People aged 18-28 are some of the most underrepresented in the church today, in many ways they’re also the most in need of help with their identity, purpose and destiny. If you have a heart for volunteering or leading those in this life stage, click the link below!

Men's Ministry or Women's Ministry
Prayer
From encouraging word to deep healing we have a time and place for you within this ministry. Anyone who is trustworthy and strong in character can be a candidate for this team and should be encouraged to practice their power in prayer. You do not have to be some spiritual superstar or mega-gifted person to partner with the Spirit in Prayer!
Homeless
We partner with one of the premier homeless non-profits in the country to know and serve the homeless toward total recovery and rehabilitation once Saturday a month (4th Saturday) hosted at The Crossing Church.
Safety Team
At Watermark we exist to help build up the ‘Body’ of believers, but we also exist for those who aren’t sitting in service yet-newcomers and cherished guests are vital in order to fulfill the Great Commission! Toward that end we want to create and maintain a welcoming and safe environment. ADMINISTRATION
Quite frankly nothing gets done without this critical behind the scenes work. From accounting to database management to special events there will always be a seasonal need that fits your unique skills.

The Church does not exist for its own good. It exists for the good of the world. As the “Bride of Christ” (Rev. 19:7; Eph. 5:27) the Church is meant to represent the love and compassion of Jesus to dark and dying world.
While we believe that the Sunday morning gathering is an incredibly vital aspect of the Christian faith, we also believe some organizations have ‘out-paced’ the church in its efforts to transform the city. The following is a list of our official Christian, 501c3 non-profit partners that are making a measurable impact in city transformation.
Legacymakers
LegacyMakers vision is to see family restored to the way it was intended, so that each generation should set it’s hope anew on God.
They educate and train families to create positive multi-generational impact.
Foster the city
Foster the City is a coalition of churches providing loving homes for children in foster care.
Their mission is to provide a loving home for every child in foster care.
Trellis
Trellis exists to facilitate a collaborative approach to resolving the city’s greatest challenges. In Costa Mesa those challenges are homelessness, literacy and neighboring/cultural integration.
Mexico missions
Gospel-centered “nation-building” from home-building to education, food, clothing and beyond.
We have single weekend experiences you can participate in.
